The Hrvatska nogometna liga (pronounced [xř̩ʋaːtskaː nôɡomeːtnaː lǐːɡa]; lit.'Croatian Football League'), abbreviated as HNL and also known for sponsorship reasons as the SuperSport HNL, is a professional association football league in Croatia and the highest level of the Croatian football league system. Established in 1992, it was previously called Prva Hrvatska nogometna liga (1. HNL; lit.'First Croatian Football League'), but a league structure reorganization from 2022–23 led to name changes for the three top league levels.

The Croatia HNL (Hrvatska Nogometna Liga), officially known as the Croatian First Football League, is the premier professional football competition in Croatia. Established in 1992 following Croatia's independence, the league features the top clubs from across the country competing annually for the national championship. Renowned for its passionate fan base and talented players, the HNL serves as a vital platform for developing Croatian football talent and showcasing emerging stars on the European stage. The league operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Croatian Second Football League (Druga HNL), and its most successful clubs, such as Dinamo Zagreb and Hajduk Split, have a rich history of domestic and international achievements. The Croatia HNL is celebrated for its competitive spirit, vibrant atmosphere, and contribution to Croatian football's proud tradition.
